Resin anchoring has played an extremely important role in the interaction process of bolt and rock as the main component of bolt support technology. But The existing research focused on the macro stress analysis of anchoring agent and the impact of the external factors of water and temperature to the stress, not starting from the internal fine microstructure of the resin anchoring agent, to study its effect on mechanical properties. This paper uses theoretical analysis, laboratory test, simulation to the effect of stirring rate on resin pore structure and anchoring strength. Achievements are as follows:Based on the reaction process of polyester, cement base material, to analysis the process of pore structure formation and its influence factors. to research the Influence mechanism of effect of porosity and pore size on the material strength by differential method、finite element analysis method. Get the result that to improve the mixing rate is an effective way to improve the internal pore structure of anchor anchoring agent and anchoring strengthAccording to the reaction process of resin anchoring agent, to analysis the curing mechanism of anchoring agent. To do the uniaxial compressive test of anchorage agent of different stirring rate, reveal the variation of compressive strength of resin anchoring rate under the condition of different mixing, get the result that the optimum stirring rate of the test range.Through scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis the effect of different mixing rate on the internal pore structure, reveal the regularity of the pore structure of the resin anchoring agent under different stirring rate. Analysis the change rules of the uniaxial compressive strength of an choring agent with pore structure.To establish the model of anchor pullout test, Analysis the changes of the stirring rate in the process of anchor pullout test, get the change rules of the anchorage force with the stirring rate, the anchoring force in the stirring rate range of resin anchoring agent is increased with the increase of the stirring rate, conclude that the optimum stirring rate is the rate that corresponding to the maximum anchoring force.Through the analysis of the formation mechanism of anchorage and anchoring agent pore structure, do compressive test and SEM test, reveals the relationship between the anchoring agent stirring rate on pore structure and anchoring strength and the influence law of pore structure and anchoring strength, and do the pullout tests, the results show that the increase of stirring rate, can effectively enhance the anchoring force, improve the bolt supporting effect, increasing the safety coefficient of roadway, improve the economic benefits of mine.
