Since the composite material has a very good material properties and less dense, so the aircraft structure design has been widely used. However, hierarchical and stratified expansion buckling phenomenon Composites serious impact on stability of the composite material structure, and therefore the composite buckling and delamination growth of research has a very important significance.In this paper, the composite laminates designed a series of pre-stratified, including different hierarchical position hierarchical dimensions, layered size and quantity as stratification variables, set pre-stratified, so that different pre-stratified study buckling load of laminate, layered effect extended its fatigue life.Firstly, with the percentage PATRAN containing sub-layer laminate board preset numerical simulation, the critical buckling load, and then take a different buckling load loading, delamination growth trend observed Laminates. Then again no damage laminates buckling simulation, critical buckling load, containing pre-sub-layer plywood compare and analyze the different stratification factors buckling load and load-bearing capacity of the composite laminate. And then were to no damage laminates and composites containing pre-layered composite laminates compression test, get their buckling load, analyze, and then with the numerical simulation results were analyzed. Finally, the pre-sub-layer laminate containing the fatigue test to obtain a number of different pre-fatigue life of laminated board minutes, and then analyzes the effects of different pre-stratification of laminates fatigue life.
