| As a kind of important source style and one of the main sources, petroleum plays a crucial role in the development of industry and economy. If petroleum is put into practical application, it must be refined through crude oil to get gasoline, aviation kerosene, diesel oil and some other chemical materials. So the refining of petroleum also plays an important role in a country’s industry. Atmospheric and vacuum distillation is not only the beginning and the most important step of the whole refining, but the most energy dissipation in the progress. Process simulation and operation optimization in atmospheric and vacuum process is essential for enterprises’ economic benefit or the background of energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper take one 5Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation of Dalian Petrochemical Co. as study object. Based on real technology and parameters, establishing simulation model of atmospheric and vacuum distillation process and doing analogue simulation by Aspen Plus. Verify the accuracy of the model through the comparison between the simulation result and real working condition. Then, based on the model doing multi-objective operation optimization in atmospheric tower by using intelligence algorithm.Chapter 2 introduces the general atmosphere vacuum distillation process and analyze the principle of atmosphere vacuum distillation and reduced pressure distillation in detail, and establishes the mathematical model of distillation process----MESH equation. The mathematical model is the theory foundation of process simulation and optimization. Based on the model, it can be known well on the process stimulation and operation optimization of distillation.Chapter 3 introduces the technological process of the pressure regulating equipment in Dalian Petrochemical Co. in detail. According to the real technology and parameters, equalizing reasonably the primary tower, atmospheric tower and vacuum tower and establishing each tower’s simulation model in the Aspen Plus platform. On this base, set up the simulation model of atmospheric and vacuum process and do some simulate. Meanwhile, verify the model’s accuracy by comparing the simulation result with the real working condition.The last part of this paper is about the operation optimization of the atmosphere distillation. First chose an intelligence algorithm applied on this paper by comparing and analyzing several mainstream multi-objective intelligence algorithm. Then establish an optimization model on matlab platform. Finally, set up data transmission for optimization model and simulation model. And do multi-objective optimization in the process of atmospheric distillation. The optimization targets are the maximization of yield and the minimize of the energy consumption. |
