| There are various pollutants and high concentration of pollutants in coal chemical wastewater.Owing to the significant wastewater quality differences caused by different coal quality and production process, coal chemical wastewater still remains difficult to treat in industial wastewater.With the process of research, it has emerged more and more coal chemical wastewater treatment technology. Due to a wide variety of treatment technologies in different section, there is no clear standards and precedents reference for the wastewater treatment technology in coal chemical project, causing part of the waste water is below the standards. Therefore, it is to analyze the bottleneck of the built coal chemical project wastewater treatment technology and to explore the optimization of standard treatment technology of the project, which is significant to the future coal chemical project in wastewater choice.The whole study is divided into three parts. The first is to research the coal chemical project,in order to get the design parameters and current operating conditions in the wastewater treatment process of some projects, and to summarize the current deficiencies.Then, it is to analyze the bottleneck of the project wastewater treatment technology based on processing conditions, including bottlenecks in pre-processing technology, processing technology and other issues in running.Finally,it is to discuss wastewater treatment technology optimization in waste water "zero emissions" coal project Tooker and to the summarize the commissioning process of wastewater and stable operation.Through four coal chemical project research, water quality,treatment technology and current operation of four projects wastewater treatment process has been finished: A project wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen, biodegradability selects the main process "AO + BAF", facing the process appeared foam and odor dispersion biological problems; B project wastewater selects "sub-quality process" according to high and low concentration wastewater, low concentration wastewater using conventional A/O process, high concentration wastewater using "Fenton oxidation + 3T-BAF + O3 oxidation" craft, faced with low phenolic extraction, refractory organics and odor removal of poor dispersion problem; C project wastewater treatment by pretreated wastewater and other wastewater run into the MBBR systems, facing poor water flow blockage problem due to no scientific design in handling conditions and in the media of MBBR barrier device;D project wastewater with good biodegradability, less pollution concentrations, uses CAST wastewater treatment process, often appearing to be below the strandard due to fluctuations of the wastewater in daily operations.For the above research in coal chemical projects, the second part is to analyze its technical bottleneck behind the poor running condition.Pretreatment technologies bottlenecks include advanced oxidation technology bottlenecks and phenol ammonia recovery technology bottlenecks. As to advanced oxidation pretreatment, the use of Fenton is ineffective to the oxidation of refractory organic compoundsas a pretreatment technology bottleneck due to its no selective oxidation characteristics. Phenol ammonia recovery, with the purpose of recovering a sufficient amount of phenol ammonia, as well as increasing the removal of polyphenols, phenolic and some ammonia recovery process become bottlenecks phenol ammonia recovery process due to the selection and de-extractant different amino phenol removal sequence, which occurs reducing its efficiency. Biological treatment technology bottlenecks include 3T-BAF process bottlenecks and CAST process bottlenecks. In the 3T-BAF process, due to the low efficiency of anaerobic treatment of the primary station, leading to refractory organic matter remains in the subsequent processing, anaerobic treatment of the poor become the bottleneck 3T-BAF technology. Fluctuations and impact in coal chemical wastewater make CAST process wastewater.still poor.
