In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization construction, the city area is also expanding. Along with the development of the city expanding, a large number of construction waste was also produced. The generation of construction waste,which seriously polluted the environment of people’s lives. Dumping of construction waste not only affected the appearance of the city, but also took up a lot of land area.At the request of the sustainable development of environment and economy, construction waste and the recycling of green packaging materials is the important link of guarantee sustainable development.In view of the construction waste recycling problems, this paper uses the theory and method of systems engineering to analyze the construction waste reverse logistics system.And the system was carried out on the system analysis, system design and system of comprehensive evaluation. At the same time,the reliability theory,management science, fuzzy mathematics and other related knowledge were also used to analyze the system in this paper. First of all, the composition and classification recycling management mode of the construction waste are analyzed. Then, proposed the construction waste recycling reverse logistics system, established the classification recycling model of reverse logistics system. And use the triangular fuzzy number to transform the uncertain variables in the reverse logistics system. Then the uncertain model is transformed to a deterministic model. Finally, the reverse logistics system combined the system reliability knowledge, to establish the construction waste reliability model.It is used to ensure the construction waste recycling, reduce the cost,and improve the recovery rate.The main contents of this paper include:(1) According to the basic content of the construction waste, reverse logistics and the reliability of the system,it analyzed the composition of construction waste,and put forward the concept of the reliability of construction waste reverse logistics system.The characteristics of the construction waste reverse logistics system are also analyzed in this paper.(2)Through the analysis of construction waste recycling, sorting process and the main way of construction waste sorting,it put forward the construction waste grading recycling management pattern.The grading recycling model can help to improve the recovery rate,and reduce the recycling cost function. Based on it,this paper used system engineering method to establish the model of the reverse logistics system. Then the fuzzy triangular number uncertainty model is transformed into a deterministic model, finally using LINGO 11.0 to solve the optimization model.(3) Taking into account cost factors,In this paper, the construction waste reverse logistics system was regarded as a cold standby redundancy system were studied. By decomposing the reverse logistics system,and combining with Grading recycling system,distributed the reverse logistics system reliability. Then Recycling reverse logistics system reliability model is established, and solved the model.
