| The accidents in the production of open-pit mine are easy to produce, the cause of the accidents includes the environmental factor, and the human factor. For example, the safety accident caused by environmental factors including:landslide accident of open pit slope occurred in the effects of structure,vibration and other reasons; open-pit water,groundwater and atmospheric precipitation into mining field flooded mines, wash away the workers and caused damage to equipment; mine dust explosion occurred under certain conditions; cause of human error factors including humidity, temperature,vibration,noise and lighting,etc.With the rapid development of the Internet of things,the introduction of Internet of things technology in the safe production of the open-pit mine can effectively improve the reliability and the effctiveness of the safety monitoring of the open-pit mine.The open-pit mine safety monitoring system based on IOT can put the parameters collected in production process of open-pit mine to the monitoring center through remote transmission, and do comprehensive analysis and processing in the monitoring center. This paper mainly studies from the following directions:(1)The design of the prototype system of the open-pit mine safety monitoring based on the Internet of things. This system uses the Beidou message and mobile communication means to transmit the production field monitoring data to the monitoring center in real-time, including field monitoring and collection subsystem, Beidou and mobile communication data transmission subsystem, monitoring center server receiving and processing subsystem, client monitoring software and other parts.(2)The reliability problem of the safety monitoring system of the open-pit mine. The reason why a system cannot get the real-time data of mines in the case of reliable is in many aspects, this paper study from three aspects to improve the monitoring quality and the reliability of the system, these three aspects include: reliability for equipment system, reliability for monitoring data collection,reliability for remote transmission backbone.(3)The effectiveness problem of the transmission of the open-pit mine safety monitoring system.Mainly to solve the problem of the Effectiveness of remote transmission,the transmission frequency and the number of each transmission sent by Beidou message is limited at present,this paper presents a effectiveness optimization mechanism of remote transmission(EMRT) that applies to improving the efficiency of transmission sent by Beidou message.This mechanism includes three main parts:“Index Compression Method(ICM)â€,which aims to compress redundancy indicators for the current message; “Element Compression Method(ECM)â€,which accords to the agreement agreed in advance to remove "external packaging" that known by both sides for the current indicators; “Bit Compression Method(BCM)â€,which aims to compress the first four bits for the current elements. |
