When the Titanium alloy at room temperature stretch bending, it has less plastic properties and formability, and after forming a workpiece is prone to cracking or severe rebound phenomenon,howerer,the hot stretch bending process can solve these problems.Hot stretch bending process makes use of metal plasticity and ductility increase at high temperature, and reduce the yield strength characteristics, firstly,the sheet is heated to a temperature range suitable for hot forming, which is then applied to a certain strain rate in the machine clamp pretension, after sheet in this pre-tension action fit the mold. This process can significantly reduce the rebound, decrease the cracking tendency, improve forming accuracy, and reduce manufacturing costs of parts. Therefore, hot stretch bending process has very important significance.To study the influence of various process parameters on the forming quality, I use ABAQUS finite element simulation software for TC4 titanium alloy sheet hot stretch bending process numerical simulation analysis.First we introduce theory coupled thermo-mechanical analysis during hot stretch bending, and the thermal forming process temperature field numerical analysis, we obtain equation of heat conduction; Then, describes the thermal coupling finite element analysis method, and gives the basic equations and the effects of temperature and stress-strain relations between the fields of thermal coupling analysis. Then we make a TC4 titanium alloy sheet at room temperature and high temperature tensile test, study the mechanical properties at different strain rate and temperature to obtain the basic parameters and mechanical properties of different process parameters on the tensile deformation behavior of titanium law, to titanium plate heat bending simulation provides material properties parameters, and explain the mechanism of plastic deformation of the alloy deformed at high temperatures, titanium sheet metal parts of our thermoforming process development and improvement of the quality of the parts have some reference. Finally, we simulate the bending TC4 titanium alloy sheet under the hot forming process, analyze the forming temperature, pre-pull, pull up, friction coefficient, bending radius, plate thickness and other process parameters on the titanium heat bending pieces forming quality, reach a different conditions on the titanium alloy sheet forming springback conditions affect the relationship.Contents of this article for titanium heat bending parts production will play a reference role for titanium plate heat bending springback, they provide a theoretical control approach, and have some theoretical and practical significance.
