Today China’s coal mine accidents occur easily, which caused serious casualties and property losses, so the analysis of cause mechanism of coal mine accidents is of great significance. Coal mine production system is a complex system composed of multiple subsystems, and the mine ventilation subsystem is the main part of coal mine system. Research on the mechanism of the cause of the mine ventilation subsystem can help us find the influence factors of coal mine accidents. Through the regulation of these factors, we reduce and avoid the happening of coal mine accidents in the process of coal production.Based on the basis of the analysis of the operation mechanism of the mine ventilation subsystem and coal mine accidents occurred easily in daily, this paper use the methods of Complex system brittleness, Set pair analysis and System dynamics explore the brittle connection of the structure of Ventilation system and dynamic feedback complexity and system change characteristics of brittleness risk after the disturbance by external factors. In the further study of the mechanism of ventilation system participant subsystem, facilities subsystem, mine ventilation environment subsystem and ventilation safety management subsystem and the relations of different influence factors in these subsystems, this paper build the simulation model of brittle risk of coal mine ventilation system. In the perspective of system evolution, this paper does the empirical analysis of the mine ventilation system evolution and the change of the brittleness risk process, and explores the brittleness risk level and relationship of coal mine production system with the change of factors.Finally, based on the simulation results of brittle evolution of mine ventilation subsystem, methods and measures has been given to control and manage the brittle factors which influence the safety of mine ventilation subsystem and the brittle connection of the factors for China’s coal mine administration from complex brittle theory and dynamic feedback complexity, which includes to control or cancel the brittle connection, strengthen technology and management defenses to reduce the coal mine ventilation subsystem accidents, enhance safety management commitment of personnel and organization, and reduce human unsafe behavior and so on.
