The ultrasonic technology is one of the production technologies, which useshigh high power ultrasonic wave to process and inspire oil and gas reservoir. It realizes the purpose of increasing injection production and increasing injection production and enhancing the overall recovery of reservoir. First of all, the paper calculates the energy loss caused by the ultrasonic wave through the liquid-solid interface from the plane wave theory. In the calculation the factor of multiple reflections is neglected and the ultrasonic energy which finally reaches the oil reservoir is only 19.7% of the initial emission energy. Secondly, the paper calculates the diffusion attenuation, scatter attenuation and absorption attenuation of the ultrasonic wave from the cylindrical wave theory. Thirdly, the paper calculates the cylindrical wave energy which finially reaches the oil reservoir is only 17.68% of the initial emission energy. Then, the paper compares the scattering attenuation of plane wave and cylindrical wave which through the liquid-solid interface and double solid interface. Then, the paper deducts the attenuation coefficient of ultrasonic wave in the crude oil, and get the conclusion that the attenuation coefficient is proportional to the square of the frequency. Finally, the paper simulates the pressure distribution in the sound field and gets the sound pressure distribution chart, acoustic pressure attenuation surface map and pressure change rate curve.
