Injection molding is a plastic processing method based on injection molding machine. Clamping mechanism is an important part of injection molding machine to open and close mold. With the development of society and people’s requirements for plastic products, mould clamping mechanism improves with the development of mould clamping mechanism constantly. This paper researches clamping mechanism of internal circulation two-Plate injection machine. By using the finite element analysis software and advanced testing equipment, the paper analyses static and dynamic structure of three states of clamping mechanism.The beginning of the article introduces the mould clamping mechanism and development course. And basing on analysis of domestic and foreign Studies, this paper put forward its research direction.Firstly, combining the static analysis module of Workbench and the golden section method, static on the clamping mechanism is simplified, and effectively reduces the amount of calculation, which saves a lot of time to study. For the analysis of the results, the pull rod and the piston is destroyed by excessive of the concentrated stress. It should try to reduce the structural change of load position to improve the geometric structure of pull rod and the piston.Secondly, the transient dynamics module in workbench combined with measuring equipment for non parallel template analysis. It proves that not parallel template does not affect the stress and strain of template, but template deformation, and it makes the template more parallel. According to the stress simulation obtained, template damage will not occur.Then, the paper calculates the collision of locking mechanism by using the explicit dynamic of Workbench. It solves the collision in the different motion value. When the speed reaches a certain value, not moving template will generate larger stress than caused by largest mode locking hydraulic.Finally, the article measures dynamic deformation of locking mechanism by selecting different parameters and different position. And obtain the system vibration through Fourier transform. Then it analyses vibration of three states. When compare the measured frequency of vibration to natural frequency of vibration about mechanism, it shows that it has not resonance.
