| This paper aimed to provide applicable foundation and references for the research anddevelopment of mobile treatment device of nuclear and chemical decontamination wastewater.The main treatment process of decontamination wastewater technology includesprecipitation method, foam separation method, adsorption method, membrane separationmethod, advanced oxidation processes, etc. Considering wastewater characteristics and theweight limits and the stably requirements of mobile device, the main treatment process ofmobile device initially was defined as: coagulation and precipitation- filtration- activatedcarbon adsorption- ion exchange- membrane separation. Activated carbon adsorption unithad an important role on removal of organic pollutants of decontamination wastewater inentire process. So it is meaningful to focus on study of the performance of adsorption unit ona small scale. In a laboratory test column, by comparing and analyzing the performances ofdifferent types of activated carbon adsorption physical and chemical parameters, selected outthe optimal adsorption material firstly. Then the chemical and thermodynamics factors, suchas adsorption time, temperature, activated carbon dosage, initial concentration, p H, inorganicsubstances,layer height, velocity, etc were investigated by static adsorption experiments andorthogonal optimization experiments. After middle experiments and simulation, the results ofsample equipment were analyzed to validate the feasibility of combined processes ofsimulated decontamination wastewater treatment equipment.Results have shown that coal-based activated carbon was better than coconut shell-basedactivated carbon from the adsorption performance of typical organic matter in thedecontamination wastewater, and the #09 activated carbon was the best. The small the particlesize is, the stronger the adsorption properties. In addition, performance of adsorption andiodine value of activated carbon had a positive correlation. Besides, weakly acidic conditionfavored adsorption reaction, whereas strong acid and alkaline environments inhibited theadsorption reaction. Under the condition of calcium ions coexist, low concentration ofcalcium ion could promote adsorption of organic phosphorus, otherwise high concentration ofcalcium ions was on the inhibition of adsorption reaction. The results of L9(33) orthogonaloptimization experiment indicated that in the design experiment scope the factors significant order is: initial concentration of DMMP ï¹¥ liquid velocity ï¹¥ p H ï¹¥ adsorption layerheight. The optimum operating parameters conditions: flow rate is 2mm / s, p H is 6, theadsorption layer height is 500 mm, the initial concentration of DMMP is 300 mg / L. Theresults of enlarge equipment experiments showed that the combined process of coagulation-filtration- adsorption- ion exchange-membrane unit could meet the requirements of mobiledecontamination wastewater treatment. The total operational cost of integrated device is4.094yuan/t. |
