Phosphate surfactants have many good properties, such as good solubility,emulsification, anticorrosion, antisatic, low surface tension and so on. So it is an important surfactant and widely used in various fields, such as daily chemicals, paints,metallurgy, leathers, and so on.In this paper, we used the P2O5 method that has more advantages which includs the reaction condition is mild, the cost is low and it’s no pollution to environment.Because of reducing the caking which is the main drawback of the P2O5 method, this paper starts with selecting a dispersant of P2O5 and picking up AEO-3 alcohol phosphate worked as the dispersant. And then we use the P2O5 which has been decentralized as phosphated reagent to synthetize phosphates with castor oil and alcohol ether(AEO-3) and analyzing the properties of the two kinds of phosphate surfactant. It designed and synthesized the phosphate surfactant of different reaction conditions involved with the reaction time, the reaction temperature, the weight ratio,ect. Then, this paper also synthesized the influence of the various conditions on the content of product of phosphate monoester and phosphate diester. It determined the optimum condition by analyzing the condition which can obtain more phosphate monoester. The optimal synthesizing technology of castor oil phosphate is as follow:the reaction time is 4h, the reaction temperature is 80℃, the better material proportion is 3, the hydrolysis time is 1.5h, the water addition is 5%. The AEO-3 phosphate surfactant better conditions are as follow: the reaction time is 3h, the reaction temperature is 60℃, the better material proportion is 1.6, the hydrolysis time is 2h,the water addition is 5%.The last, this paper tested some typical properties of the products including surface tension, CMC(Critical Micelle Concentration), emulsibility, foamability and stability of foam, alkali resistance, HLB value, meanwhile it also synthesized the two products’ corrosion inhibition on aluminium alloy. It can give a conclusion that the AEO-3 phosphate surfactant has good behavior than the castor oil phosphate, and thereasons are that AEO-3 is a kind of nonionic surfactant and the hydrophobic group of the castor oil phosphate is more longer and more branched chain than AEO-3phosphate surfactant’s, so the water-soluble of AEO-3 phosphate surfactant is better than the castor oil phosphate, but these two phosphate surfactants have good effection on the corrosion of aluminum alloy.
