| The cement industry has been an important and indispensable role in the economic development in our country,With the rapid development of cement industry,High-quality limestone become increasingly scarce resources, Because of high content of magnesium oxide could influence of cement stability,so high-magnesium limestone can not get effective use,Resource crisis is more and more serious.How to effectively use high-magnesium limestone resources has become a problem need to resolve urgently on the development of cement industry,So,By means of investigation and analysis of NSP calcining process and XDL calcining process, Comparative study on the two kinds of clinker which from the NSP and XDL calcining process, Find out the clinker from two calcining process about calcining difference, Reveal the reason about XDL calcining process to deal with high-magnesium raw material calcined high performance cement clinker,The purpose is to find a suitable way for effective utilization of high-magnesia limestone resources in cement industry, The results indicate:(1)XDL calcining process was more advantageous to solid solution of magnesium oxide and reduce the periclase content in high-magnesium clinker, The quality of clinker stability. So XDL calcination system can better adapt to the high-magnesium raw material and more advantageous to calcined high-magnesium raw materials.(2)Compared with the NSP system, Adopting the XDL system calcined high-magnesium limestone materials could make more MgO solid solution in theclinker and reduced the periclase content which was advantageous to the soundness of cement in the late;The clinker come from XDL calcining process the periclase average size less than 1.0 microns, And clinker mineral phases distributed uniform, Alite crystal with regular shape, The average of size can reach to 30 microns; The alite of clinker was calcined by NSP system which is mainly composed of M3 type, And alite mostly were small crystals, The clinker which is calcined by high magnesia limestone using the system of XDL can make more alite into M1; Compared with NSP system,The high-magnesium clinker was calcined through XDL system that the late strength was growing fast, The 3~28d intensity increased higher than the clinker which calcined through NSP system 7.61 MPa.(3) XDL process system have the effect of solid sulfur,The appropriate of SO3 could effectively reduce the periclase content and beneficial to solid solution of magnesium oxide in high-magnesium content clinker, Promoted the increase of C3 S grain size, It could made more alite into M1 in the clinker, Improved the clinker mechanical properties. |
