Chapter 1:Firstly this chapter systematically expounded the curcumin’s medicinal value as an anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor, anti-microbial,nerve torpent stematically,proposed the current existence of the curcumin about bad water-soluble,poor stability,bioavailability and low defects,besides considered some ways to resolve these defects;secondly introduced the synthesis mechanism of three (3-cyclodextrin derivatives; thrdly summarized the property of Fe3O4 as an important part of the targeted drug delivery system and compared the advantages and disadvantages about numerous ways of synthesizing Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles;At last reviewed the formation of β-cyclodextrin-supramolecular systems and introduced its superopr application in drug carriers, environmental pollutants adsorption, physical separation, biochemical senors, organic catalysis and other areas.Chapter 2:The super-paramagneic Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were synthesised by traditional chemical co-precipitation method, its particle size was 9.8 ± 2.1nm by TEM, after dried,using 3-aminopropyl triethxysilane for Fe3O4 in ethanol and water solution(volume ratio 15:1) and dried again to be continued. β-cyclodextrin and ClCH2COONa for raw materials were used in the synthesis of carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin with SN2 substitution reaction hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin and sulfobutylether-β-cyclodextrin were modified with citric acid.These three β-cyclodextrin derivants were formed the complexes.with silanized Fe3O4 respectively under the carbodiimide by the dehydration reaction. The complexes were used by the fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)、measured X-ray powder diffraction (XRD)、 hydrodynamic size distribution (DLS)、Zeta potential analysis, magnetic analysis (VSM)、nuclear magnetic resonance analysis (’HNMR) determination of thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and other means, to prove they were synthesised successfully.Throuth calculating can we know the number of CM-β-CD, HP-β-CD and SBE-β-CD molecules immobilized on each Fe3O4 was 103,142and 157.Chapter 3:The inclusion complexation between three β-cyclodextrin-Fe3O4 nanocomposites and curcumin were investigated and the work curve of curcumin was established firstly.After the completion of inclusion and magnetic hysteresis separation,the supernatant UV absorption was measured,furthermore,using the method above we could calculate the amount of inclusion and encapsulation efficiency. Then under the same condition, using the three P-cyclodextrin derivatives with Fe3O4 composites including an equal amount of curcumin,to compare the inclusion capacity for these three complexes.The result was SBE-β-CD> HP-β-CD> CM-β-CD.Chapter 4:This part summarized the synthesis of three β-cyclodextrin-Fe3O4 nanocomposites and inclusion ability of them for the curcumin,Further more ,it made a choiceare about curcumin as a drug carrier,provided the basis for this system including the curcumin by clinical medicine and put forwards the future about them.
