Grinding machinery of proparea is an high precision in manufacturing. For a long time, the grinding methods of curve grinding rotator have been extended, until recent years, there appear some new methods of grinding machinery. Improving the grinding accuracy and reduce grinding costs, improving production efficiency are the main problems of grinding to be solved.This thesis has done the comparison the characteristic and insignificance of existing curve and the curve rotator grinding method.Describes the basic theory of interregional uniform contact grinding method. Interval uniform contact grinding method can effectively overcome the existing problem of curve CNC grinding methods, such as grinding points are too far from the symmetry plane of grinding wheel, excessive deformation; It can also overcome the problem of grinding wheel point tracking inconvenience and localized wearing serious during the grinding method of quick-point grinding method and normal direction tracking grinding method. However, this grinding method is still lack a basic research. This thesis established the mathematical model of grinding force, calculated the values of grinding force under the selected grinding parameters; Theoretical analysis of stress on the high-speed rotating grinding wheel and the cause of damage to it, calculated the maximum stress value under the given parameters at the wheel hole wall, so those values and the simulation results can be compared with each other corroboration.Based in the above work, applying the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks to build the model of resultant wheel, using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to do the grinding process simulation, simulation results will be compared with the theoretical calculated values, the difference is small, analyzing the reasons may be result from too large meshing, the impact of computer equipment. Simulation results show that:with the wheel speed increasing, the maximum stress of wheel increased; The stress distribution, fatigue life and safety factor of the whole wheel are not sensitive with the change of grinding angle, but those variations are changing significantly with the change of wheel speed.Apply the interregional uniform contact grinding method to grinding curve and curve totator, the grindding interregional angle can be choosed under the condition that the workpiece and grinding wheel will not interfered. But the grinding velocity must be choosed cautious to avoid accident.
