Etherification of FCC light gasoline is the current technology is relatively mature technology, at home and abroad are widely used, especially in the requirements of environmental protection is becoming more and more serious. And etherification products of its production can effectively reduce the olefin content in gasoline, lift truck with the quality of gasoline, can effectively reduce vehicle exhaust pollutant emissions at the same time, enhance the octane number of gasoline. To explore the feasible scheme for long cycle gasoline etherify device operation, and has certain practical significance for the production of gasoline etherification. This paper mainly through comparing the domestic and foreign existing catalytic light gasoline etherification process, understand today’s light gasoline etherification technology level, through nearly three years of oil refinery of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company 50 million tons / year gasoline etherification unit operation data collection, analysis, research, exploration of device of long period operation factors, makes the device more long-term stable operation, according to the actual production and operation of the catalyst properties, etherification reaction mechanism, properties of raw materials, water, process operating parameters of continuous exploration and optimization, trying to resolve the influence factors of adverse effects, the device is running smoothly for a long period of time.
