Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Population - Resource System Of Harmony And Coordination Channels

The State of Liangshan in Sichuan Province is rich in natural resources butit is one of the main impoverished regions in China. When the development ofPanxi region is on the upgrade, it becomes a new region for exploiting resources.Aiming at its obstacles and chances, the goverment and academic circles havebeen searching for its development channels. And it is sustainable developmenttheory Which is the evaluation standard of reasonable degree of these patterns.For searching reasonable way of lifting the State of Liangshan out of povertyand its development, and for applying sustainable development theory widely,this thesis sets up a system model according to the relationship betweenpopulation and resources. From this, the thesis calculates harmonization valuesof the relationship between population and resources, and the conclusion lays afoundation for diagnosing the state's function absence. To solve these problems,the thesis quanitatively analyses the development capability of the state byutilizing its own resources, and puts the reasonable system development objectswhich are ecological landscape fragments, modern enterprise groupings and newstyle communities. Based on these, the thesis advances the main adjustmentmethods of present population and resource system. Among the studies ofregional development of the State of Liangshan, the thesis firstly adopts systemdynamic simulation and fuzzy comprehensive assessment, and advancesagricultural resource carrying capacities of the l7 counties in the State ofLiangshan in about 50 years. And it sets up the comprehensive adjustmentpattern of factors of population, resources and industrial structure and the spacesubsystem development pattern of the population and resource system of theState of Liangshan.
