| Energy-consuming.. low sulfide usage rate and heavy pollution made it clear that YunNan Copper Company could no longer use the electric furnace as its primary smelting vessel. Now the Company has begun a project to explore an alternative technology, that is Jsasmelt technology , to use in copper smelting. Since the new technology is close to be operated formally, This paper try to simulate it. Based on many references, many chemical equilibrium algorithms of multi-phases and multi-species complex system have been compared. Finally, the author has chosen the equilibrium constant algorithms, By means of it, the author has composed the computation programs, so a thermodynamic model of YunNan Copper Company Isasmelt technology has been formed. Compared the computation results with industrial data and the designed data, They agree well. During the computer simulation, the author has developed a software, which has strong function, a beautiful surface and is very useful. If the YunNan Copper Company can make full use of the software, which will make good benefit from it. |
