In order to solve the serious envinmmental problems in the sbaly coal ulili7.ation through conventional methods, a new technology for the cleaning utilimtion of shaly coal containing Vanadium is developed in this disseitation. The feasibility and mechanism of this clean technology are investigated It has been proved through pilot-plant test that the exhaust gas can be eliminated and the wastewater raised after applying the new clean technology. In addition, the solid residue can be comprehensively utilized as building materials.The new clean technology is characterized by a higher recovery of Vanadium from the shaly coal and less pollutant discharge. Because of ado~ion the roasting whit CaO additive instead of the conventional roasting with NaC1 additive.The leaching rate was more than 72% when leached in NH4HCO3 solution instead of leached acid-dilute. D~ leached liquid was absorbed by 201 X 7 resin negative ion. The production achieve the level of metallurgy 99e/?, so the pxii~y is unnecessary The concaumiion of Fe, Cu, Pb, As, Cr, Ni, Cd in the liquid after adsorption are lower than the first discharge standard about wastewater of state mine. So all the liquid can be reused after adsorption, and realize the zero discharge of wastewatu. In this condition, the technical can ecomxnize the qwntity of water, as well as reduce the dosage of NH4HCO3, and lessen the environmental pollution Compared with the traditional one, the process is simpler; the product quality was higher and the pollution of wastewater was solved The o~irnum leaching condition is: the proportion of liquid to solid is 2:1, the concentration of leaching medicament is 5%, and leaching time is 2bours, the temperature 70?00C.It is found that there a large of Si, Ca and Al and so on, and there less Na andK in the solid residue, and radiation is lower dun the standard of construction materialWhen the solid waste is used as one of materials of cements, the quality is better thanNo.425 normal cement Through the comprehensive utilization of solid residue, theenvironmental pollution can be solved effectively and prei~mble economic benefitobtained.The new technology for the cleaner extraction of vanadium is applied into pilot-plant in Shang Lin county Guang Xi province. The experiment results shows thatthe exhaust gas has reached the national standard, and can be exhausted directly; the wastewater can be reused entirely; the recoveiy rate of the vanadium has passed 54%. The quality of the product has achieved the level of GB3283-87. The technology is identified by specialists organized by the economical committee of Guang Xi, the specialists all agreed that: 긅ompared with the traditional one, each technical and economic target of this technology have all improved and elevated, the technology has achieved the national advance level.?...
