The premise of resistance spot welding process and its quality controlling is to real-time sampling and processing of the concerned data or parameters during the spot welding. The correction of signal sampling is the key factor of whole controlling system. So, the research on the real-time signal sampling and processing technology is very instructive and important to the quality controlling of spot welding. In this paper, aiming at the low precision, poor real-time and complicated circuit of the traditional spot welding controller and parameters testing system, a data sampling and processing method which can be used to sampling and processing the efficient value of welding current, the efficient value of voltage between electrodes and welding time with high speed and high precision is introduced through software calculating and reasonable, simple but reliable hardware circuit. Firstly, the testing principle of this system is introduced on the basis of discuss about point-by-point integration method and floating-point evolution. Secondly, the key points of developing and working principle of main hardware system whose core is 80C196KC SCM, and the hardware circuit which is consisted of inputting and processing circuit of current and voltage signal, sampling enabling signal circuit of sampling, displaying and alarming are analyzed detailed. Thirdly, the ideology of software developing, the main program, the interrupt service program, the sampling program, the data processing and other function programs are introduced systematically and the difficulties occurred in the system debugging and the anti-i aniniing measures are analyzed. At last, the testing result is analyzed through the testing data and curve on spot.
