The self梐daptive load distribution of sma梚ntelligent'omposite structure is a very complicated subject. It involves many branches of learning, such as mechanics~ material~ mathematics~. thermochemistry., computer application. Shape memory alloys (SMA) are the alloys which have shape memory effect (SfrIE), that means the alloys are able to sustain a large recoverable strain ? through plastic deformation and to remember its initial configuration and return to it as being heated. Generally, the one梔imensional mechanics model of SMA is a non linear relationship equation among parameters of recover stress~ recover Strain~ deformation temperature. So it is difficult to solve some concrete engineering problem for directly making use of this model. Based on the Taylor expanding formula, this paper develops the mechanics model above into such a linear relationship equation. The unit recover force affected the baseplate, thedistribution strain near thenail holeon thecurve isacquired with Newton inserting value formula. The strain average value for the lengthwise and crosswise is calculated with the Gauss formula of the dispersed spot抯 calculus. Then on the basis of the mechanics balance equation, we may compute the recover force on the condition of the temperature. Finally, based on the theory of the finite element and this way of computing the recover force, the calculating model for the sma? intelligent'omposite structure is built. After analyzing the influence of the SMA position~ circle number.. electrifying time., multi梡layer percent for the load percent. I have successfully found some useful law about how to make the load percent average on the basis of the character of SMA. Through analyzing the calculating result , the model is precise and efficient. It is some certain meaning for the research contents in this paper to design the sma梚ntelligent梕omposite structure.
