| The characteristics mainly associated with wool and cashmere are their soft, full handle and good luster and the textiles made of them with high performance and high quality are favored by customers. However, the quantity of cashmere is too small to meet customers' needs and it will be limited because of environment protection. It is reported in the newspaper that the output of cashmere is 3800 ton per year in Neimenggu and it causes 2500 square kilometer ground to sandy ground. The environment will be gradually destroyed and disaster will be faced because the dust wind is the result of excessive feeding. Therefore, it's meaningful to develop a new kind of animal fiber which will not destroy the environment to replace wool and cashmeree. Hec is obtained from the fleece of dog and the pronunciation is from Russia word of dog. There is quite a few dog warren in Jilin province, Shangdong province and Hebei province. It is estimated that it will has a bright future if the dog breeding is developed as part of agriculture and stockbreeding and dog's meat and hair are all used for different ways.The configuration, structure as well as physical properties are tested and researched in this paper.It showed that the configuration and structure of nee is similar with wool and cashmere. The nee is thinner than wool and the fineness of some kinds is similar with cashmere. Some kind of nee with short fiber content is longer than cashmere. The crimpness and the frictional coefficient of nee are a little less than wool and cashmere. Flee has the similar moisture adsorption with wool and cashmere and the moisture regain is 8.57%. Compared with cashmere, the strength of nee is better than cashmere and the breaking elongation is a little less than that of cashmere. In addition, nee has a lighter specific density than wool.Wool spinning system is combined with cotton spinning system for the manufacture of nee and the whole process is as following: picking, scouring, oiling before carding, carding, assorting, oiling, opening, carding, drawing, spinning as well as weaving and knitting.Since the color of nee limits the dyeing process, neither the fibers nor the yarns should be bleached. Hydrogen Peroxide which is easy produced, mildly acted and well-bleached is choosen as bleaching agent. Optimum formula is concluded by fuzzymath which accesses the luster, whiteness, handle, strength and length of the bleached fibers. Meanwhile, optimum formula for yarn bleaching is also deduced by math experiment of five factors with four levels. Like wool and cashmere the bleached yarns can be dyed by reactive dye, neutral and acid dye. The successful bleaching and dyeing broadens the using of nee.It is reported in the newspaper that the main cause of the sandy ground and dust wind of northern area of our country is the destroyed lawn. And the excessive feeding bought the lawn destroyed. After China entering WTO, many challenges will be faced by agriculture and agriculture structure should be changed. Therefore it's necessary to develop a new kind of animal fiber. Now the hair of dog is abandoned. Since each dog has 120g nee and it counts for about RMBSOyuan, it's meaningful to develop nee. Satisfied nee will be gotten by selective breeding and gene transferring. In brief, to develop nee can not only fulfill environment protecting and agriculture structure changing but also provide a new material for textiles. |
