Polypropylene Bcf Filament Multi-functional Development Of The Finishing Agent

Through comprehensive utilization of IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR ,the imported sample is analyzed. All important monomers are studied systematically. Some good formula is gained according to the research of the spinning procedure of polypropylene BCF and the waterproof property of final end-product fiber. By a few applied experiments cooperating with Tianjin Linen Textile Factory, its property can compare with the imported sample.The polyfunctional finishing agent studied in this article initiates the precedent of integrating the PPBCF waterproof agent with spinning finishes; makes low grade fiber increment in price; has directive significance to the exploitation of textile auxiliary agent. The method to test the waterproof property of fiber fill up the gap domestic.In addition, some significant exploration about static problem in spinning is made through synthesizing polyether phosphate ester kali salt and oil compounding.
