Experimental Studies Of Coagulation - Filtration Of Sewage

The filtration techniques are directly used to treat with domestic sewage in this article. That is, use coagulation and direct aeration in short time for primarily treatment of domestic sewage, then filter domestic sewage by slag filtration or sands.Coagulation and filtration method is micro-flocculation and direct filtration. And the method is indifferent with traditional coagulation-sedimentation-filtration .The results of experiment are shown that: when the temperature is over 20, coagulation and filtration process to treatment of domestic sewage is better than direct coagulation and filtration, moreover, the quality of coagulation medicament and the output of slug is relatively less, the depress of filtration is lower, lengthen the time of rewashing .The method is fit for small domestic sewage plant. Because the method can removal N and P, it can prevent nourishment in lakes and other water regions are concerned.Treatment of domestic sewage by using direct aeration in short time and filtration is fit for different temperature and water quantity. Because the method is not need to add other materials, it's cost is lower and it's application future is wide.Coagulation and filtration process and direct aeration in short time and filtration can removal N, P and COD very well. The ways can work at interrupt,moreover the treatment is stable.Coagulation cup experiment can't correctly choose coagulant and the best adding quantity used in coagulation and filtration process. The best coagulant adding quantity is chosen according to direct filtration experiment. Screen out EM and PAC, the best experiment condition of different coagulation medicaments that strengthen the effect of treating domestic sewage from orthogonal experiment. At the same time, explain some mechanisms about coagulation and filtration process to treatment of domestic sewage in the article.
