The clear advantage of crosslinking dyes containing nucleophilic groups was forming convalent bonds between dyes and fabrics by crosslinking. And crosslinking dyes contained many nucleophilic groups, it might be expected that 100% fixation of dyes could be obtained with good fastness properties. In this paper, crosslinking agent 1 and crosslinking agent 2 were prepared using Cyanuric chloride and 4-Aminophenyl- {3 -sulphatoethyl sulphone as raw materials and indentified by FT-TR spectra and MS. Besides, crosslinking agent 3 was also prepared and indentified by FT-TR spectra and MS.The polyamine dye was applied on silk and cotton via dipping and padding dyeing process. The dyed fabrics were fixed by crosslinking agent 1, 2, 3 and modified 2D using dip-pad-cure and dip-pad-steam fixation methods. The effects of crosslinking agent concentration and pH values on dye fixation were studied. The results showed that the effects using crosslinking agent 1, 2 and 3 were better than modified 2D. The fixation values of the blue polyamine dye on fabrics were all above 99% using crosslinking agent 1,2 and 3. Wash the wet fastness of the blue polyamine dye were above 4-5. The most fixation value of the orange polyamine dye on fabrics was 95.9%. The wet fastness of the orange polyamine dye were above 4-5.The polyvinylamine dye was applied on silk and cotton via padding dyeing process. The dyed fabrics were fixed by crosslinking agent 1, 3 using dip-pad-cure fixation method. The effects of crosslinking agent concentration and pH values on dye fixation were studied. The results showed that the fixation values of the blue polyvinylamine dye on fabrics were all above 99% using crosslinking agent 1,3. The wet fastness of the blue polyamine dye were above 4-5.The polyallylamine dye was applied on silk via dipping dyeing process. The dyed fabrics were fixed by crosslinking agent 1 using dip-pad-cure fixation method. The effects of crosslinking agent concentration and pH values on dye fixation were studied. The results showed that the fixation values of the blue polyallylamine dye on fabrics were all above 99% using crosslinking agent 1, 3. The wet fastness of the blue polyamine dye were above 4-5.
