Scheelite Acid Treatment Of The New Technology Research

A new hydrometallurigical process based on theanalysis of acid process and alkaline process has been successfully used in ZIGONG Cemented Carbide LTD Co for producing high梡urity ammonium paratungstate(APT) from the crystallized mother liquor of APT and the scheelite with a high molybdnum content is presented. The enclosed leaching tank s The reason of the gelatinoid's formation and the high Na concentration of the (.NHi)jWO, solution in the solvent extraction system have been studied. In the new way, the classical method that the crystallization mother liquor is changed to scheelite has been changed by the method that the crystallization mother liquor is changed to Na:.WO, solution . It has been certified that the new process is good in the unit consumption of the HCL and the steam , it can make the work space better also .By the way , the change of the component of the organic phase is the important reason of the gelatinoid's formation. The Na concentration of the (NHi),WO, solution is about 50ppm.
