The atmospheric environment issue of Beijing is the focal research task in atmospheric science all the while,2008 Olympic Games is decided to be hold in Beijing,the people all the world pay attention to the capital atmospheric quality again,the nation and Beijing government attach importance to atmospheric environment issue highly.This paper studies the atmospheric pollution issue of Bejing from atmospheric environment territorial character.The atmospheric environment is character of territorial,and there is little local pollution in Beijing.The paper uses observation data of lidar, analyzes in detail the pollution layer thickness and contamination concentration vertical distributing in Bejing,and opens out farther the character of boundary layer,find out high concertration pollution boundary layer, boundary layer atmospheric pollution converging belt and warm cover upon pollution boundary layer.In recent years, inhalabie particles is the principal pollutant,the paper analyzes in detail seasonal change characteristic of particles especially PM10, daily change characteristic,the statistic of heavy pollution,the class of heavy pollution and the meteorologic condition under the steady synoptic situation.The paper studies north china territorial atmospheric pollution from weather type,the primary impact northen china weather types are:inverted trough from the great band of the Yellow River moving to east,trough of low pressure from northeast,the joint type of topographic trough from northeast and topographic trough from north china, inverted trough from the great band of the Yellow River and relational anticyclone system. The source of dust storms and transportation paths that impact Beijing's atmospheric quality are analyzed more detailedly, The storms may be classified as intra-border source and extra-border source,there are three transportation paths: west, northwest and north..The atmospheric pollution transport model is found, pilot study that the foreign pollutant influences on sulfur dioxide concentration, sulfate concentration, PM10 concentration and dry-wet sedimentation in Beijing.There is transport problem among areas of Hebei province, Tianjin and Beijing.The transportation quantity and proportion from each area to Beijing are figured out.The source of foreign pollutant in Beijing is analysed, farther validate territorial character of atmospheric environment in Beijing.In conclusion,this paper firmly surround the topic of character of atmospheric environment in Beijing,studies atmospheric pollution boundarylayer in Beijing,the heavy pollution of of particles, the meteorologic condition of heavy pollution,the impact of foreign pollutant on Beijing and the source of foreign pollutant.The paper provides elementary scientific basis for improving and managing of atmospheric environment in Beijing.
