In this paper, the synthetic technology of fluorinated siloxane has been studied and the physical, chemical properties of raw materials, outcomes have been determined.At first, the best synthetic conditions have been achieved by orthogonal experiment according to one step reaction of perfluoro caprylic acid and a kind of aminofunctional siloxane. Then, we also studied two step reaction for better outcome ratio and produced many kinds of outcomes of perfluoro caprylic acid and others kinds of aminofunctional siloxanes by use of the best synthetic conditions of one step reaction.Moreover, the informatiom of the material and outcomes' molecular structure has been achieved by the chemical methods and modern analytical instruments. According to IR spectra and 1H NMR spectra, we know the reactional development and outcome' s characteristic peak .In addition, when fluorinated siloxane work on fiber, the influence factor of it' s resistance of water and oil have been studied and a new test method of outcomes has been achieved.Finally, the applied properties of fluorinated siloxane were tested. Excellent lubricant property, coherent property, inhibition of foaming, stability in heating and flexibility were indicated. The relation of properties and structure of fluorinated siloxane were summed and analyzed.
