In this paper, The enrichment of gold from thiourea leaching solution leached from gold ore of Qinling by resin was reviewed. The factors of leaching from gold ore of Qinling, such as concentration of thiourea, sulfuric acid and Fe3+and time-consuming etc., was firstly studied. The optimum condition was: the mass proportion of thiourea 1%, the content of sulfuric acid 2%(wt), the content of Fe3+ 0.3%(wt) and reaction time 6 hour with mechanical stirring; The recovery ratio of gold is 82.4%.The condition of extracting gold in thiourea solution with macroporous adsorbent was studied. The capability of NKC-9 resin was more excellent than that of D072 resin and D001A resin. The adsorption of gold was 98%; The elution of gold by eluting solvent containing 94% ethanol, 2% sulfuric acid and 4% water was 98.5%.At the same time, the mechanism of adsorption and elution was discussed. The extraction of gold from thiourea leaching solution leached from gold ore was 86.7%. The concentration of gold was 8.54 times contrast to the initial. The replacement in eluting solution with iron powder was 86.7%.
