With the help of self-assemble approach, the molecular deposition film was used in enhancing oil recovery, which has the characteristics of polymer-flooding and surface active agent-flooding .MD film is formed by the process of the static , sediments on the surface of rock which has cathode and has the ordered layer structure. This paper developed two kinds of MD by the means of polymerization. The kind of polymerization is sheepshank, the type of MD chain is linear ,the host chain contains many positive electricity group and positive degree is 100%, and the branch chain contains the hydrophilic group. The mol ratio of ECH and DMA is 1, it reacts 5-6h in 60℃.The kind of polymerization is unrestricted and unclosed, the type of MD chain is grafted, the host chain contains many positive electricity group and positive degree is 24%, the branch and grafted chain contains the hydrophilic group. The mol ratio of ECH and DMA is 1.5, it reacts 5-6h in 60 ℃, but the total concentration of ECH and DMA is 50%.The mechanism of MD technology for enhancing oil recovery was studied by the use of liner-model and layer-model to explore the rule of flow of MD in pores. Laboratory test indicates that the best concentration is 800 mg/l, and the lost of adsorption is low. MD can induce the interfacial tension, but it reduced little .MD can decrease contact-corner and make the surface-property turn to be hydrophilic swiftly. MD can enhance microcosmic sweeping efficiency. MD suits to the high containing-water oil- field which had been exercised by alkali-flooding, surface active agent-flooding and polymer-flooding.
