High strength cement-based composites (HSCC) material is a new material, which was developed in 1980s. Recently, cement-based material has been used not only as staple building material, but also in high-tech fields such as machine manufacture, electronic industry, aviation and aerospace. With its excellent performance which can be compared with or even surpass that of metals and organic macromolecule material, ultrahigh strength cement-based compound material, the lowest energy-consuming inorganic nonmetal material, open up its application area much wider. The cement-based compound material with ultrahigh strength, high tenacity, and high performance will be used more widely, and this is the research direction of cement science. The author of this article used orthogonal test design, arranged the test scheme scientifically, selected material carefully, at last yielded an ultrahigh strength cement-based material (UHSCM), whose compressive strength exceeded 100 MPa, mainly by using 42.5 Ordinary Portland Cement, superfine aggregate: nano SiO2, superplasticizers and so on.This article states the technical way to produce ultrahigh strength cement-based material (UHSCM), specifies the performance of composing materials in detail and their influence upon the ultrahigh strength cement-based material. Finally, use SPSS analyzing experiment data, the most suitable mix design was gained, and an experience expression about material strength and cement /water ratio was found.
