As a newtype cleaning agent, 1-bromopropane not only has the same outstanding cleaning effect to CFC-113, but has better cleaning efficiency than it, especially cleaning metal parts. 1-bromopropane has no flash point, it can be repetitive-used, and its craft was complete unification with CFC-113 and TCA. Using 1-bromopropane as a cleaning agent, it is not necessary to replace the cleaning equipment but only adjusting the temperature of distillation and abstersion. It is called as "the third world's substitute cleaning agent"The traditional synthesis crafts of 1-bromopropane each has its disadvantages. But the one step method that taking propene and hydrogen bromide as material synthesized 1-bromopropane was low cost, obtaining high-purity product ,and it's production process has no pollution to environment. One step method be deemed to the optimum method. However, implementation process is difficult because propene and hydrogen bromide are gases. In this paper, initiator is dissolved in 1-bromopropane which is solvent. Then the propene and hydrogen bromide that can be dissolved in 1-bromopropane are inlet in l-bromopropane when initiator is decomposing. The reaction occurs in fluid phase and high-purity 1-bromopropane is synthesized by one step method.In this paper, the material HBr is synthesized with NaBr and sulfuric acid at the presence of hydrobromic acid. The value of each factor level is analysed by the single factor experiment. The technological condition is optimized by the orthogonal design, and the optimum condition is n(NaBr):n(H2SO4)=l:1.25; m(H2S04)=98%; reaction temperature is 80 C; reaction time is 50 minutes.The high-purity 1-bromopropane is synthesized by propane "one-step" method. The value of each factor level is analysed by the single factor experiment. The technological condition is optimized by the orthogonal design, and the optimum conditions are: 2 grams of initiator (BPO), 20mL 1-bormopropane, reaction temperature 50 C, reaction time 1 hour.The effect of each factor on the product is analysed. The product is tested and characterized by the GC, the result shows that the yield is high which demonstrate the feasibility of the new process.Suggestion on how to enlarge the experiment is put forward according to the result in the above laboratory condition.
