The paper is based on the basic theory and method of the Geology Engineering and the Environment Geology Engineering, starts with the analysis of the natural geology engineering conditions of the economic and technique developing area in Qingdao, and analyses in synthesis both the geology engineering conditions such as the landform, the geology structure, the hydra-geology, the kind of soil and the characters of the geology engineering, and the relationship with the civil-engineering construction environments. And it is attempted to build up a quantified method to forecast and appraise of the civil-engineering geology environment in space-time, through the synthesis evaluating and sub-area appraising in the research area applying the blur-maths, which makes the appraised result accords with the reality better.Besides, in this paper in order to resolve the major geology engineering problems in the research area including the question of the consoled disposition to the soft soil groundsill, the mechanism of the strong-tamper consolidation method and the distortion characters and rules of the silt soil deposited in sea condition in the research area is studied, and the designed and construction parameters are summarized during the process of the consolidate deposition to the soft soil groundsill. The research result shows that the consolidate disposing method of the strong-tamper to dispose the soft soil groundsill in the research area is an economic, available and accessible method.
