Along with popularizing manufacturing communication strongly by the country, the technology of digital simulation has been more and more used to all kinds of trades in society, and created huge economic benefits. It would be used more abroad in the future.This article firstly introduced the development history of digital simulation technology and spring-back, retrospected the researches about this by scholars in-and out-country, and then related theoretical bedrocks on digital simulation. The forth chapter is the importance of this article, including the researches based of spring-back of cubic spline, and using BP network to amend the spring-back curve calculated by cubic spline. The result showed it ideal. Finally, using the software DYNAFORM simulated a practical problem, to further validate spring-back curve. The simulation result indicated that it is feasible to predict spring-back curve based of cubic spline.
