Explosives Typical Production Process Safety Analysis And Evaluation

Safety evaluation of explosives and powders is an important task of concerns and discussions. The former BZA-1 method is an effective one employed to evaluate the reality risk of explosion sources. However, it still has some shortages. The former BZA-1 method is in scarce of the systematic quantitative safety evaluation for the operations of processes and equipments of explosives and powders producing. So when we do the safety evaluation for some production, the consequence will lose it' s accuracy and comparison. Some discussions complements and improvements to the former BZA-1 method are given in this paper. And we carry out the analysis of danger and the research of safety control for the operation of process and equipment of RDX producing. The new safety evaluation method will raise the level of safety production in related field.
