Computer modeling of the microstructure transformation have been in active development. Aiming for 82B steel, this paper firstly analyses rules of austenite and phase transformation during hot rolling and controlled cooling, On the basis of physical metallurgy models that were published by scholars from different countries, the dissertation use computer and physical metallurgy methods to simulate microstructure transformation and mechanical properties prediction , Also, the effect of rolling parameters on the microstructure phase state is also investigated .At last ,the parameters of phase and microstructure transformation models which was applied to 82B rod were confirmed by the experiments.According to the experiments, the paper establishes the following mathematical models which is fit for 82B steel: critical strain models, metadynamic recrystallization models, static recrystallization models and phase transformation models. The results are in accordance to the experiment data. |
