| Chemiluminescence analysis methods has its advantages of high sensitivity, rapid analytical speed, wide linear range, simplicity and low cost of instrumentation, suitable for automation and has been successfully applied in biochemistry analysis, clinical examination, immunoassay, pharmaceutical detection, environmental analysis and food analysis, etc. The new determination methods of two environmental samples have been studied by chemiluminescence analysis with satisfactory result.(l) Based on the formaldehyde- iodine ion -manganese chemiluminescence system, the new method for the determination of iodine ion in food was developed. The effects of experimental factors on the chemiluminescence reaction have been thoroughly investigated. Under the optimized condition, the chemiluminescence signals responded linearly to the concentration of iodine ion from 1.0x10-7 to 4.0x10-6 g/mL, the detection limit was 2.4x10-9g/mL iodine ion, the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 3.1% for 1.0X 10-7g/mL iodine ion ( n=11) .(2)In acidic medium that NO2- can oxidize [Fe(CN)6]4-to[Fe(CN)6]3- , based on the uric-[Fe(CN)6]3--luminol chemiluminescence system, the new method for the determination of nitrite was developed. The effect of the concentration of reactionsubstances, acidity, interfering ions .on the analytical results was studied. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for the determination of NO2- was 1.0x10-9~1.0x10-5g/mL and the detection limit was 5 .0 x10-11 g/ mL, the relative standard deviation for the determination of samples(n=11)was 2.2~3 .9%.The method is simple, convenience, sensitive and selective .The recovery wasbetween 93.5%~108 %.With the technique of micro-wave heating samples wet abstraction method of analysis is much faster in closed container. In this paper the quantities of sulphur in different soil samples were detected by fast analytical photometry. The effect of different factors on analysis result were also discussed. There was no statistical differences found between the results of this method and those with a decomposition of nitric acid method, which was satisfactory, this method is fast, economical, no pollution on environment and is subjected to patch analysis. The author belived that this method is conveient for wide-spread. |
