| From the construction, classification and physiology function etc, this article introduced the Brassinosteroids, the plant-growth regulator of the sixth decade. This article discusses the synthesis of key intermediate of 24-epibrassinolide-(22.E, 24R)-5a-ergosta-2,22-dien-6-one from ergosterol.We improved the experimental conditions in which (22E, 24R)-3a-5-ergosta -7, 22-dien-6-one was synthesized by ergosterol rresylate, i-sterol from ergosterol. We had improved on yield and made it facilitate the industrialization. We tried to synthesize 24-epicastasterone from (222s, 24R)-5a-ergosta-2, 22-dien-6-o-ne,but the result didn't consist with that of the li erature reported and we got two substances that the literature has not reported so for. |
