| In this thesis, 1-decene oligomers was synthezied, which is basestock of PAOs lubricant oil. A new type heterogeneous catalyst,Silica gel-g-AlCl, in order to produce 1-decene oligomer successfullyis prepared. The catalyst is based on Lewis acid, silica supported, bywhich the problem of exceeding environmental standard can besolved. The effect of catalyst preparation, catalyst dosage, reactingtime and reacting temperature on the oligomerization of 1-decenewere investigated by means of NMR, GPC and atomic absorptionspectrum, and regulars of oligomerization along with variations ofthe factors above-mentioned were obtained. The examination resultsindicated: Calcinating temperature of the catalyst support plays animportant role on the property of heterogeneous catalyst andconformation of the oligomers and 600oC is recommended in thisprocess. The efficiency of adsorbent decreases in the exponent withthe increasing of calcinating temperature. Low calcinatingtemperature leads to the local concentration of contra-ion and,therefore, ideal oligomer products can not be obtained. Proportioning of catalyst and 1-decene monomer effects theconversion of oligomerization, but takes little effect withpolymerization degree of 1-decene. Different kind of promoter canconstitutes different complexed catalytic system, with H2O morepreferable than MeOH in that more conversion of oligomerization - 1 -北京化工大å¦ç¡•士å¦ä½è®ºæ–‡and polymerization degree is obtained. Temperature is the main technological conditions effecting on theoligomerization. The molecular weight of oligomerized productsincreases with the increasing of temperature, and so does theconversion of oligomerization. The molecular weight of oligomerizedproducts can be controlled by means of changing the temperature ofoligomerization. High temperature can enhances the subsidiaryreaction, such as rearrangement, and destroys the molecularstructure.
