| EP as the matrix of the polymer/ceramic rcsistable erosion coat, its application becomes more and more extensive; the research of touphening epoxy-resin has high value in the field of practice and theory; there is little report about the research of the characteristics of resistance-erosion wear of epoxy-resin, so it's very valuable in the field of theory and production. Two main section is included in this paper, the first part is the research about the theory and the effect of the toughening-EP with organic-clay and pre-polymer of polyurethane, and the most important component is the processing technics of the organic-clay/epoxy-resin composites; thesecond section is the research about the resistance-erosion wearperformance of PU/EP composites and organic-clay/EP composites. By theresearch of the processing technics of the organic-clay/epoxy-resin composites, it has been found that.When the load of organic-clay is llwt%, the composites' impact intensity is 53.05% higher than the matrix' s; the load of organic-clay do not act on the rigidity of the composites. By the research of PU reinforcing EP, it has been found that , the impact intensity of composites is increased and the rigidity of it is declined by the load of PU rising; when the load of PU is 40%, the impact intensity is 53.52% higher than the matrix' s, the rigidity is 17.5% lower than the matrix'.s. By the research about the resistance-erosion wear characteristic of PU/EP composites, it has been found that, the erosion wear rule of all the components of PU/EP is uniform by angle, the maximal erosion wear rate is at 45,the minimal erosion wear rate is about at 90;the the erosion wear characteristic of the composites turns to toughness from hrittleness. The erosion wear mechanism turns to shelling off owing to fatigue from furrowing. My the research about the resistance erosion wear characteristic of organic clay/HP,it has been found that, the erosion wear rule of all the components of organic clay/EP is uniform byangle, the shape of its figure is W. At the same erosion wear condition, the erosion-wear resistance of toughened EP material is well than the matrix's; the improvement of toughness is not pro rata with that of the erosion-wear resistance of toughened EP material, when the toughness reaches a definite value, the increasing of the erosion-wear resistance becomes slow . |
