Shaanxi Province, The Causes Of Environmental Problems And Countermeasures

Since the revolution of industry, the industrial civilization, which was lead by the revolution of technology, has made the human's influence to the nature attain to a considerable high degree. Controlled by the traditional concept of development, the core of which is to chase the increasing of economy solely, people, who have created many splendid material treasures, at the same time, also have bring many globe crisis and the environmental problem has already threatened the survival and development of our society. Today, the sustained development what we advocate is not as the traditional concept which is to sacrifice the resources and environment for the development of economy. The sustained development today is the economic development that is not to reduce the environmental quality and not to destroy the base of natural resources.In the article the researching object is the current situation of natural environment of Shaanxi province. Based on the summarizing of the sustained development and environmental theory, the article thoroughly discussed and analyzed the situation and problem of the environmental problem of Shaanxi province. The article combined the fact of Shaanxi province with other advanced theories and methods, and also came up with some countermeasures and suggestions for the solving of environmental problems of Shaanxi province. The concrete suggestions include 5 aspects: (1) Building the green price system; (2) Making the full use of the market mechanism, building and completing the allocation system of environmental resources of our province; (3) Depending on the science andtechnology advantages, ameliorating the level of technologies of the environmental protection; (4) Importing the financing model of norm BOT, solving the problem of money shortages on the developing of environmental protection; (5) Optimizing the running mode of the society, promoting the sustained development of the economy. On discussing the specific problems, the article used such researching methods as combining the theory with the practice, identifying quantities and qualities, concluding and deducting, analyzing Kuznets curves and norm BOT cases etc.Through the study on the natural environment of Shaanxi province, we are aiming to analyze the actuality, find out problems and bring forward the bi-winning countermeasures and suggestions for the environment and economy. We hope to have new innovations and breaks on the study of the sustained development of Shaanxi province.
