| Compound haqing injection is made from nine Chinese herbal medicine, such as bufonid, radix astragali, semen armeniacae amarum, radix asteris, fructus piperis and so on. by some specifically techniques, including botanical and animal medicinal materials, so its constituents are very complicated and diversified, only single constituent can not allover evaluate its inner quality. In this paper fingerprint chromatography of compound haqing injection were set up by RP-HPLC of gradation technology. In order to standardize and optimize the manufacture procedure, reference fingerprint atlas of medical material, intermediate and injection were established after comprehensive analyzing based on correlative rule of Chinese Pharmacopoeia Committee to ensure clinical medicine safe and steady.We established the method of determination of amygdalin, which is the effective resistance of Aemen armeniacae amarum in the injection prescription by HPLC. The method was convenient, rapid, accurate and also useful for the chemical evaluation of the amygdalin for the quality control.The results showed that the setting up analysis method of fingerprint chromatography can be repeated and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for this injection. It also showed using standard extraction was an effective method in fingerprint analysis. The fingerprint analysis and the determination of amygdalin can effectively control the inner quality of medicinal material, intermediate and injection. |
