| The article introduces an intelligent controlling system of dynamic resistance of Flash Butt Welding basing on Intelligent PID Controlling. The core of the control system is Single Chip Microprocessor. In this system, the servo mechanism can control the workpiece feed speed accurately and the welding heat can be adjusted continuously by the high-power controlled silicon. In order to avoid the electromagnetic disturbance of AC, the parameters are collected by Hall sensors. Aiming at the characteristics of Flash Butt Welding, the system adopts the expert controller of PID. The system can control the dynamic resistance between the two electrodes effectively and it fits Flash Butt Welding. The technologic experiments show that the system works well and the welding quality is satisfied. |
