Induction heat-treatment is a clean mode, applied widely in heat-treatment industry. Attracted by the advantages of high frequency induction heat-treatment, manufacturers and research institutions from mainland and abroad devote themselves to the researches in technology of high frequency induction heat-treatment, especially in induction heat-treatment devices.Combined with the research project named "GCZSK heat-treatment device control system design", this thesis researches on the following subjects:1. combined with structures and characteristics of the material level control system, fuzzy control is adopted, intelligent material level control system is also designed, and the problem of position control is solved.2. on the basis of solid state high frequency power supply power modulation method, three-phase bridge commutation technique is adopted, and working reliability is achieved;3. phase-locked-loop(PLL) is adopted, working frequency and phase of the load are traced and controlled, and working in the state of resonance is guaranteed;4. Deep analysis and researches are made on the work piece facial temperature characteristics in the process of high frequency heat-treatment, combined with experiments, temperature control system mode is designed, and advanced PID control method is also introduced; the control of work piece facial temperature is achieved;5. IPC system are designed, the working efficiency between the parts of the device are achieved.
