The paper was supported by the Gao Xin stock company of Zhong Yuan oil field. The mixing cementing slurry system in the stock company have many failure problems, such as low efficiency, bad quality, the pollution of environment, and so on. Based on the many reference searching, reading and investigating, a new set of mixing cementing slurry system has been designed ,and the fluid field, the coupling of fluid and solid and the optimization of structure in the stirred tank were analysed and researched systemically. Finally, it provided the theoretical supports for improving the stirred impeller's structure and enhancing the stirred quality.In traditional design the structure design of the skid-mounted mixing cementing slurry system are still used design experience .In the paper the work principle and the structure characteristic and design parameter are expatiated sufficiently. Other than the traditional numerical method, the modern CAE software has also been used in the structure analysis and the intension check and the strcture optimize. The system was accepted by the Gao Xin stock company of the Zhong Yuan oil field and it is in process of trial-producing at present.On account of the equality of the mixing cementing slurry density is the core problem in the system, the relative theory of hydrodynamics and fluid dynamics are applied synthetically ,and the equations of viscosity flow and laminar flow are also used in the paper. Besides the theoretical analytic solution of the stirred tank was derived by the applications of fluid dynamic mechanics and its related equations,.the CFD(Computed Fluid Dynamics) finite element models of the stirred tank were established. Based on the commercial CFD software, it is convenient to analyze the fluid fields in the complex stirred tank.According to the CFD models of the paper, the fields of different structure of the stirred impeller, multi orifice valve and wedge valve as well as the coupling of the fluid and solid were studied, which included the pressure field, velocity field ,density field and stress field of the stirred impeller. The structures of the stirred impeller used in oil field were improved in the basis of the results of the paper, the optimal structure of the stirred impeller and the optimal outlet was finally presented, and the result provided the theoretical supports for improving the mixing cementing slurry's density.
