This paper made a study on double-membrane part of the treatment project of wastewater from Erdos Cashmere Group, that is a demonstration item of Nation Project Committee. We analyzed comprehensively the running status of CMF and RO system and the waterquality of every parts.There is a simple introduction about the technic characteristic and the process of startup and cessation of the CMF and RO system in this paper. By analyzing the operational parameters and quality of product-water, the result indicated that the running pressure increase with the increase of recycle rate in CMF system, and CMF had a nice removing effect to turbidity, and the removing rate of turbidity is 98.4%. To RO system: product-water flux linear increased along with the increase of running pressure, at the same time salt removing rate increased too, but when it reached a certainty degree not increase any more; In the precondition of original-water flux was constant product-water flux was increase against the decrease of the conductance. When RO system's recycle rate is lower than 55%, the decrease of pressure in the 1st segment would increase against the decrease of recycle rate. The average removing rate of conductance was 97.8%, and for the familiar metal ions such as K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn and so on, the average removing rates were all over 96%, especially, through the RO membrane, the Fe and Mn ions were removed absolutely. The removing rates to TP, TN, SiO2, alkalinity, sulphate,, chloride and rigidity were all comparatively high.By the test of chemistry cleaning the small-scale microfiltration use the solution of NaCIO, NaOH and HC1, the author compared to which one is the most efficient cleaning reagent to the polluted microfiltration membrane. Supplying the reference for the cleaning of large-size continuous microfiltration of the wastewater factory of ERDOS GROUP. In the chemistry cleaning to the RO system, we know that the cleaning reagent and cleaning technique provided by Polymer Company were comparatively suit this system.In addition, in this paper a water quality inspect and a coloration contrast test were made to RO's product-water and dry soft water. The result indicated that RO's product-water was head and shoulders above dry soft water.
