Nowday, more and more antibiotic have been produced. As a result, the antibiotic wastewater has been discharged from the medical factory and endangers our environment if the wastewater cannot be treated by effective technology. Therefore how to treat the antibiotic wastewater has become more and more important in our society. Photocatalysis oxidation technology is a new wastewater technology, whose advantages are high treatment efficiency, simple technics equipment, operating condition easily. Many facts have proved that photocatalysis oxidation technology can treat many kinds of organic pollutant. In this experiment, tetracycline is the study object. Through the treatment of tetracycline by TiO2 photocatalysis, we can learn the effect of different photocatalysis condition, different oxidant supply and different photocatalyst. Also, we can learn that the effect of the antibiotic wastewater and Chinese traditional medical wastewater treatment by TiO2 photocatalysis, and analyze the feasibility.The paper chooses tetracycline as the object, and analyzes the feasibility of treatment by TiO2 photocatalysis. It review the optimal condition of TiO2 supply, irradiation time, different pH value, different tetracycline concentration, different light strength for tetracycline treatment by TiO2 photocatalysis. Also, the effect of various oxidant supplies and the dynamics of tetracycline treatment by photocatalysis have been studied. And the experiment show that the result of tetracycline treatment by photocatalysis is optimal under the condition of TiO2 supply 1.5g,pH 3,irradiation time 120mrn, tetracycline concentration 400mg/L, light strength 60W and the CODcr reduction can reach 66% in above condition; The adding of oxidant can also improve the photocatalysis result, the effect of oxidant is Fenton > H2O2 > Fe3+; The rate of degradation of tetracycline can be described by the Langmuir-Hinshelwood equation.At the same time, this paper compare the result of different photocatalys and different antibiotic by TIO2 photocatalysis, the result show that the efficiency of TiO2 is better than Fe2O3 and ZnO; the efficiency of TiO2/ZnO is better than TiO2 and the...
