P204-TBP impregnated resin was prepared by solvent volatilization method. The optional proportion between TBP and P204 is 1 : 3,the content of extratio n is 34%.The experiment studied the adsorption of scandium in sulfuric acid medi um through static and dynamic method, found that the sorption capacity is 21. 75mg/g ,the distributive proportion of Sc reach 1.56 x 103,the separate modulu s of Fe and Ti is 3.81 x 103,1.03x 102. At the same time ,we also found that when the sulfuric acid is 1.0mol/L the distributive proportion of Sc is the bi ggest.the perfect time of surge is 30min .Through dynamic method we get experiment condition: we'd better use 6 0 ~ 100 item resin; the better velocity of flow is 0.5 ml/min;and utilizing 2 mol/LH2SO4 + H2O2 and 4%HCL as desorption to Fe Ti and Sc ,they can be separated from each other completely .Phosphorus acid can deposit titanium from the waste acid ,so we use it to eliminate the infection of titanium to scandium.to do this we can also get premium as well.The resin can be used in titanium dioxide waste acid, under the conditio n we select ,96.2% of scandium in the waste acid has been recovered . We can get titanium phosphous acid first and then use resin to recover scandium from actual wast acid ,not only can we get ecnomic benefit but also can we get environment benefit and society benefit as well.
