With the development of our country's oil drilling and exploration business and the continuing decline of the oil resource, the abnormal high pressure reservoirs are more and more found.Their notable production performance is higher pressure, higher initial productivity, rapider decline of pressure, harder water flooding etc.The reason is the elastic and plastic deformation of the rock during the drop of pressure, and then the decline of the permeability and poritity which is partly reversible or completely reversible.Basing on the mechanism of the elastis-plastic deformation, the paper researches the changing law of the permeability during the pressure is dropping and going up in particular.Then the model of radial steady percolation under all situations, the model of radial steady percolation during the pressure is going up for oil well and the water is flooding for water well, are all established.This paper also gives many methods to distinct the elastic and plastic of the rock, deepening the understand of deformation.Basing on the analysis of all sorts of situations, the paper has researched the product pressure difference, the keeping level of the formation pressure, the reasonable flooding time etc.which are main questions for discussion of productivity and development countermeasures about abnormal high pressure reservoirs.The will is to putforward a set of theory and method of other similar oilfields to solid the foundation the technic research of tomorrow.
