This paper has looked back resin sand development course, Fu Nan resin test , have determined mould and core sand technology in crankshaft casting; Apply MAGMA software , simulating solidification of the crankshaft in resin sand mould with casting method, Crankshaft solidify can divide into 4 stages: First stage , first raw graphite ball are being raw and nuclear in super-cooling molten iron to grow up independently; Second stage, A body branch Jing growth up to contact mutually, form skeleton; It is begun in large quantities that the stage of 3th melts spar ink, Ao body branch Jing stop growing up; The stage of 4th, plenty of graphite balls grow up , graphite ball expansion go to surface Ao Shi Ti shell, a part of expansion force promote Jing between liquid to flow , mend to draw back Ao Shi Ti branch Jing skeleton, make drawing back loose hole decrease , a part of expansion force pass through surface Ao Shi Ti shell promote casting mold move outward, make type cavity enlarge. Macroscopic draw back pine produce in solidify mid-term, microscopical draw back pine produce in solidify final phase, spar ink melt to be helpful eliminate to draw back pine, the rigidity of casting mold is helpful to decrease to draw back adopt to raise the rigidity of casting mold with chill technology to solve shrinking of nodular iron crankshaft; Adopting setting feeder in export end to solve slag inclusion Solve the defect of slag inclusion in crankshaft central hole with special paint strictly control pouring temperature , solves crankshaft defect, have realized crankshaft batch production with resin sand technology.
